Oracle's Breath is a Red Breath and a weapon skill exclusive to Nah in Fire Emblem Heroes.
This weapon has an innate Attack boost and the standard dragon adaptive-damage against ranged opponents. However, the primary effect of this Breath is to prevent the foe from making a follow-up attack as long as Nah has a visible stat boost.
