Oro (sometimes translated as Orlo) is a boss character in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. He is the very cruel and egotistical boss of Chapter 11A: The Hero of the Western Isles. Oro is assigned to supervise the mine in Mt. Eburacum by Lord Arcard, meaning he is Arcard's direct subordinate. In the in-game dialogue, his rank is Lord, meaning he has considerable authority and responsibility. It is also revealed he knows about Prince Myrddin's assassination plot. Roy and his army enter this chapter to stop him from torturing the people working in the mines any further. They also try to prevent the bandits hired by Oro from destroying the entire mining settlement. If Saul or Elen do battle with Oro, they will share a conversation, mostly Saul or Elen saying that Oro is a disgrace to the Elimine Church.
Regardless of which story path is taken, Oro meets his end.

- Vs. Elen
Elen: Aren't you...a priest? The things you've done...
Oro: What of them? Anything can go unpunished...if done in the name of the gods!
Elen: There is no salvation for you...
- Vs. Saul
Saul: With all the evil you've done, I dare say you've lost the right to call yourself a bishop.
Oro: Evil? I am simply living as I like. All deeds are righteous if done in the name of the gods. Very convenient, don't you think?
Saul: You're a disgrace to the church... Punishment awaits you!
