Pegasus Flight is a Type B passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Overview

A flier-exclusive skill; Pegasus Flight causes a combat penalty onto the opponent's Attack and Defense as long as the user has a Speed stat higher than 7 points below the opponent's. This combat debuff has a variable value; ranging from 30% to 50% of the difference in value between the user's Resistance and the opponent's; capping out at -3/-5/-7 depending on level.

This skill is only available without inheritance for Fiora. It can only be inherited by Sword, Lance, or Axe Flying units.

(Maximum penalty of -8), and also, if at start of combat, unit's Spd+Res > foe's Spd+Res > foe's Spd+Res, foe cannot make a follow-up attack.
