Effect
Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Grants Atk/Def/Res+4 and "reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special "reduce damage by X%" skills by 30% (excluding area-of-effect Specials)" to allies within 7 rows and 7 columns centered on unit during combat.
