Poison Strike is a Skill introduced in Fire Emblem Fates.

Overview

When the user initiates a battle, after the battle, if both units survived, the enemy will lose 20% of their HP. Poison Strike's effect cannot kill an enemy. Enemies whose current HP is less than or equal to the amount they would lose will have their HP reduced to 1.

In Fates, the skill stacks with Savage Blow and Grisly Wound, dealing up to 60% of the target's HP as damage.

In Heroes it is a type B passive that can be learned without inheriting by: Matthew and Saizo.

It reappears in Three Houses as a mastery skill of the Dark Mage class and the personal skill of Acheron.

In Warriors: Three Hopes, the ability sees a major rework, as rather than inflicting a set amount of damage to the enemy after combat, it instead grants a chance for enemies to be inflicted with the Poison status after combat.
