The Pursuer is a divine Yumi that is exclusive to Fire Emblem Fates. The most powerful Yumi to appear in the game, the Pursuer can only be wielded by well-trained Snipers, boasting a whopping Might of 22, alongside a substantial boost to its wielder's Critical rate and has a built-in Darting Blow ability, giving the user a +5 effective battle speed when initiating an attack. Only Snipers may acquire the weapon rank to use it.

The Pursuer does come with several drawbacks, including lowering their Defense and Resistance by 5. However, as Yumis give +2 Resistance when wielded, this is changed to -5 Defense and -3 Resistance. It also drops the user's Evasion slightly, and enemies get a +5 effective battle speed when they attack the wielder. These negative effects mean that the Pursuer is best given to either a character with significant life, defense, and resistance, or is placed well away from danger.

The Pursuer is designed with a carving of the mythical Kinshi embellishing the top section of the bow and a likeness of the sun gracing the bottom.
