The Rafail Gem is an accessory that debuts in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

OverviewEdit

The Rafail Gem is one of the Heroes' Relics. It originally belonged to Lamine and effects are boosted for someone with a Crest of Lamine. The Rafail Gem is given to Mercedes by the Death Knight after completing the paralogue "The Face Beneath".

EtymologyEdit

Rafail is the Greek and Russian form of Raphael, an Archangel in the Abrahamic religions whose name means "God has healed".

TriviaEdit

  • The Dark Rafail Gem, alongside the Dark Thyrsus and the Dark Aegis Shield, are the only dark versions of the Heroes' Relics that can be obtained legitimately, albeit for only one battle.
