Rally Luck (幸運の叫び Kōun no sakebi lit. Luck Cry in the Japanese Version, Ralliement Chance in the French version, Sprone fortuna in the Italian version) is a Skill that increases the Luck of all allies within a 3 tile (2 tile in Fates) radius by 8 points for one turn, when the 'Rally' command is used.
