Relative Power (also known as Relative Class Power) is a hidden value possessed by each class that indicates how strong they are and thus how much experience they gain and award. Weaker classes have a Relative Power of 1 or 2 and stronger classes have a Relative Power of 4 or 5. Only the GBA Series games make use of Relative Power, although Fire Emblem Gaiden has a similar system.
