Rika Suzuki (鈴木理華) is a freelance illustrator who has been contributing to the Fire Emblem series since 1996. She was first hired by Intelligent Systems to create illustrations for the art book Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War: Fan Special. Following that, she was hired to serve as illustrator for Fire Emblem: Archanea Saga, replacing veteran illustrator Koya Katsuyoshi.
Suzuki would return to the series as one of the collaborating illustrators hired to create DLC artwork for Fire Emblem Awakening, illustrating Seliph in her case. In February 2016, Ryota Kawade announced that Suzuki would serve as the lead artist for the sixth series of Fire Emblem 0 (Cipher) cards, in honor of her contributions to the series since Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.
