The Ring of the Dawn Maiden (暁の巫女の指輪, Akatsuki no Miko no Yubiwa lit. Ring of the Maiden of Dawn) is an Emblem Ring introduced in Fire Emblem Engage. It houses the spirit of Emblem Micaiah. The ring was held in a shrine in Firene.
Overview[]
The Ring of the Dawn Maiden houses the spirit of Micaiah from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. When the Emblem Rings were distributed, each kingdom received one of the rings. However, Firene actually held two rings. It was widely known that they held the Ring of the Caring Princess, however the Ring of the Dawn Maiden was also entrusted to them. They hid the ring in a shrine near their border with Brodia.
En route to the shrine, Alear and their forces meet Yunaka who had recently acquired the ring after hearing it call out to her, asking her to deliver the ring to the Divine Dragon. Yunaka obliged, but on the way to Firene, she lost the ring and it was recovered by bandits. After ambushing the bandit with the ring, Alear immediately evoked the ring, summoning Micaiah.

Overall[]
The Ring of the Dawn Maiden is primarily focused on skills revolving Staves and thus is great for any of the healers of the game. It can turn any unit into a Staff wielding unit and thus is the only Ring in the game that actually adds a new weapon type to a unit just by having it equipped. For the most part, most magic utilizing classes have the capability of wielding staves, especially the second-tier classes, thus rendering this benefit a bit moot, but it can allow an increase in staff proficiency to use higher staff grades than what they can normally use.
When Engaged, Augment increases the Staff Range of all staffs by 5 and increases the Area of effect by 1. Dragon units push the staff range further by 1 while Qi Adept units give a bonus 20% HP heal increase. The Ring's Engage Skill, Great Sacrifice, forces the user's HP to 1 but heals all Player Units and Ally Units back to full Health. If a Dragon unit uses the skill, they retain 30% of their HP instead. Armored units gives Def+1 to all allies healed. Qi Adept units remove any status conditions with the heal. It is a great omni-heal option when allies are under constant attacks or after a particularly harsh turn. The user needs to be handled with care as being left at low HP can be a bit risky but they can be healed/covered by allies with proper set-up.
As mentioned, most of the Ring's skills involve around boosting Staves which includes Staff Mastery which grants bonus Hit/Avoid and also gives flat additional heals the higher the skill level is. Healing Light gives the user 50% of the health that they heal their ally with. It also comes with Resistance + for a good flat increase, which can help alleviate some of the threat of mages. Silence Ward is an extremely useful skill, especially to be inherited, by any magic wielding class as it grants immunity to the Silence condition.
The Emblem weapons are Shine which illuminates portions of a map under Fog of War, Nosferatu which heals the user by 50% of the damage they deal to their foe, and Thani which deals effective damage to Cavalry and Armored units.
The Ring of the Dawn Maiden's power mainly comes from utilizing many of the stronger staves in the game. Staves like Physic, Rescue, Entrap, Freeze, and Fracture gives the user a near omnipresence for both assisting allies and disrupting enemies. The raw healing values from any healing staff increases flatly. Fortify in particular becomes a massive 6 space range heal. Also Warp allows the user to transport up to twelve allies from one single use of the staff. While any staff user can make great usage of this Ring, Hortensia is easily the best one to do so as she carries exclusive skills that also revolve around Staffs as well. Although The Ring of the Dawn Maiden excels in magical units, it can be equipped to anyone who has a minimally decent growth of magic to create multitasking units, such as generals with support capabilities and magical attacks or flying units with more range by not suffering the effects of the terrain.
