Rising Wind is a special type skill which activates before the user initiates combat and deals damage to foes immediately adjacent to the target. The damage dealt is equal to the user's visible Attack minus foe's visible Defense or Resistance, based upon the damage type of the user. As the skill does not trigger in combat, invisible stat bonuses from skills such as Drives or Spurs do not come into effect. The skill has a cooldown charge of 4.
