Rising Wind (砕風, Saifū lit. Breaking Wind) is a skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a special type skill which activates before the user initiates combat and deals damage to foes in an area near the target. The damage dealt is equal to the user's Attack minus foe's Defense or Resistance.
