The River of Light and Dark is a location in Fire Emblem Engage.
Profile[]
Located in southern Elusia, the River of Light and Dark is a place of significance for Emblem Sigurd. It bears a striking resemblance to the country of Grannvale and the neighboring Miletos District, featuring the drawbridge from Miletos to the duchy of Chalphy as it appears in Chapter 10 of Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. This is a journey actually made by Sigurd's son, Seliph, in his time.
Trivia[]
- The name of the River of Light and Dark references the name of Chapter 10 of Genealogy of the Holy War, Light and Dark.
- The bridge leading to Sigurd will only open if a fortress is capture. This is a nod to how Seliph manages to lower the bridge once Miletos is liberated.
