Rouse Atk/Def is a type C passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes.

It is learned without Skill Inheritance by Edelgard.

Overview[]

Rouse Atk/Def acts as a self-buffing Hone-Emblem skill (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), but instead of having to stand besides the person with the skill the equipped unit needs to start the turn without any units adjacent.

[Null Panic] If unit is inflicted with Panic (bonuses converted to penalties), neutraizes the "convert bonuses on target to penalties effect for 1 turn. (Even though the effect is neutralized, the Panic status remains, and is treated as a Penalty stats.)
