Sauna Time is a quest given to you by a Soldier in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. This is a DLC quest available after the 1.3 update and unlocks the Sauna feature when completed.

Given to you by a Grappler near the sauna, a building between Byleth's personal quarters and the training grounds of the Officers Academy.
