The Scimitar is a Sword that appears exclusively in TearRing Saga: Utna Heroes Saga. This sword functions as an upgrade to the Short Sword, although it is still one that pales in comparison to the Iron Sword, specifically in terms of its Hit Rate, Weight and Durability.
It would later return in Fire Emblem Heroes as the exclusive weapon of Malice under the name Spendy Scimitar.

Etymology[]
The scimitar is a sword with a prominent backwards curve, much like a saber. Scimitars were a common weapon amongst soldiers in many West Asian and North African empires and tribes. The name "scimitar" is also derived from the French word cimeterre, as well as the Italian word scimitarra.
