“Alright, we'll cut through these woods and take 'em from behind! Now move!!”
—Scipio

Scipio is an enemy character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. He is the son of Andorey, the nephew of Brigid and Edain, the cousin of Lester, Lana, Febail, and Patty, and one of the grandsons of Ring. He is the duke of Jungby in the second generation.

Profile

Scipio makes his appearance in the Final Chapter, carrying out the vengeance that his father asked of him in his final words. He eventually falls to the might of Seliph's liberation army while trying to halt their advance to Friege Castle.

Personality

While not much is seen of Scipio's personality, he appears to be rather arrogant and cruel, just like his father was. He also nurses a deep hatred for his cousins, whom he sees as traitors to House Jungby who caused his father's death.

Overview

Scipio is extremely powerful, as he has high stats, three Leadership stars, deadly skills, and wields a Killer Bow. If he manages to perform a critical hit with his bow, the character whom he targets will most likely be either severely weakened or defeated on the spot. As such, it is thus recommended to utilize strong characters such as Ares, Shannan, and the army's Forseti user to bring him down. However, it is not advisable to attack him when he is positioned on a forest tile unless necessary, as he is capable of dodging attacks rather well. It would be a great idea not to use too many units to face off against Scipio, as the players still has to be aware of Hilda and the Gelben Ritter, who are positioned directly north of his Beige Ritter troops. As with all enemies that are only capable of wielding bows, Scipio will be completely powerless if the player manages to box him in with four units.
