Sleep (スリープ) is a special condition that makes a character immobile and unable to counterattack and in certain games to dodge attacks for a certain amount of time. The Sleep staff, Sleep Sword, or the Mastery Skill Deadeye cause this condition; the Restore Staff and the Skill Sacrifice and Boon can wake affected characters. In Thracia 776, It could be inflicted by the tome Blizzard.
In some games, such as Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Sleep can also make that unit always be hit with 100 accuracy, bypass the accuracy formula. Other games including Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade will still calculate accuracy normally.
