Legendary Hero Battles are Special Maps in Fire Emblem Heroes which are essentially harder Grand Hero Battles, where the players must defeat all enemies without losing any allies and without using Light's Blessings. These maps feature Legendary Heroes, and reward the players with Blessings and Orbs the first time they clear these maps. As of Version 2.9.0, Abyssal mode has been added in the Legendary Hero Battles, where the stats for the Legendary Heroes and their allies are a lot higher than ever before. If the players clear this difficult challenge the first time, they will be rewarded with the golden accessories. Enemy reinforcements appear in each Legendary Hero Battle.
