Effect	Unit automatically makes a follow-up attack if attacked at HP greater than a certain amount.

Speed Ploy is a type C passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes. At the start of the turn, any enemy unit in the cardinal directions with a Resistance stat 1 point or lower than the unit suffers a penalty to Speed until their next action.

It can only be learned without inheriting by Deirdre and Saias.
