Speed/Resistance Form provides an in-combat boost to the user's Speed and Resistance that scales with the number of nearby allies. Each tier of the skill offers a greater buff threshold, with the first capped at 3, one point for each ally on a conventional team in Heroes. The second level has a cap of 5; and automatically adds two points to the total of nearby allies. Finally, the third tier doubles the number of nearby allies and adds one, with a maximum capped benefit of +7 to the two stats.
Speed/Resistance Form can be learned without inheriting by Rath.
