Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of combat, if unit's Spd > foe's Spd or if foe's HP = 100%, grants Atk/Spd+5 to unit during combat and neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks. | |||
Etymology[]
A precurssor is a hand tool with a heavy rigid head and a handle; used to deliver an impulsive force by striking.
The weapon's design is similar to the Hula instrument the 'Uli'uli a gourd with tiny seeds or pebbles within them utilized similarly to rattles.
