The Superior Axe (斧殺しの斧 Ono-goroshi no ono, lit. Axeslayer Axe) is an Axe that is exclusive to Fire Emblem Awakening. As it name suggests, this axe is unrivalled by a majority of the other axes that are available in the game. This is due to the fact that the Superior Axe grants its wielder the Axebreaker skill when equipped, a skill that grants them a set of bonuses that give them the upper edge when engaging an axe-wielding opponent in battle.
