Sword and Shield of Seiros is Alois and Shamir's Paralogue Chapter in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. This chapter takes place at Derdriu, the Aquatic Capital, and is available on all routes during White Clouds after completing Chapter 6.

Two thieves will appear at the rear of the boat located farthest north for turns 2, 3 and 4. A wyvern rider will appear from the rear of the middle boat several times.

In Maddening mode, 2 thieves on the northern boat and an assassin on the middle boat appear on odd turns from turn 1 to 11 and a wyvern rider on the middle boat every even turn from turn 2 to 10. The turns after have a slightly different pattern with turn 14 and 16 having only the Assassin on the northern boat and turn 15 all aforementioned units.

The Wyvern Riders that appear as reinforcements will head directly into the town. It's best to use a strong flying unit to prevent them from landing inside the town's borders so that the villagers don't complain and give you less of a reward. Alternately, have a couple archers stand in the bottom right part of the city to eliminate the flyers that get in.

The Wyvern Riders are quite strong for the recommended level, entirely capable of avoiding doubles and surviving hits from bows. Rallies from units like Ignatz (Speed), Raphael and Annette (Strength) can help immensely.
