::In terms of romanisation, there's nothing wrong with Vrai for the reasons other users already mentioned. I don't recall where "Vrai" originated from, but it could also be "Blaye", a location in France.

:In terms of romanisation, there's nothing wrong with Vrai for the reasons other users already mentioned. I don't recall where "Vrai" originated from, but "Burai" isn't any more accurate; it's like saying "Shigurudo" is more accurate than "Sigurd"--the former is romaji and the latter is what the romaji is probably meant to represent (evident from the TCG and etc.). BTW, the name could also be "Blaye", a location in France.

::Also, "Pales" isn't wrong. It's the name of the capital city of Archanea and the game--in Japanese--even uses the phrase "Pales Castle" to refer to the palace. It's just Nintendo of America decided to translate it as simply "the palace". [[User:Aveyn Knight|Aveyn Knight]] ([[User talk:Aveyn Knight|talk]]) 13:41, July 19, 2013 (UTC)

Mistranslated Name

Well I was playing some FE2 and noticed his name is spelled like so ブライ that is Burai not Vrai so I wanted to clear up that his name may be a mistake here thing is I`m not sure how to edit the page heading nor make a redirect page but his name is actually Burai as if it was Vrai it would likely look something like this ヴライ so yeah wanted to clear that up.Naglfar94 (talk) 03:05, July 18, 2013 (UTC)Naglfar94

B and V are interchangeable in japanese(and the u tends to be omitted). Both of those names are correct, as katakana is ambiguous.(If am incorrect, someone feel free to correct me, though) L95 (talk) 13:13, July 18, 2013 (UTC)

?? are you sure about that? I mean I`m no expert on how japanese completely works but I know all Katakana+Hiragana but the Burai would seem a bit more accurate I mean if this is his fan translated name you know that fan translations are not always completely accurate like for instance Palace got messed up and became Pales. I`m gonna look more into this and find out or atleast make it Vurai for name accuracy`s sake I`m gonna check this out more.Naglfar94 (talk) 18:29, July 18, 2013 (UTC)Naglfar94

Sure, as I said, katakana is weird. Go ask Shadow Of Chaos or whatever. L95 (talk) 21:39, July 18, 2013 (UTC)

Ah alright but who is shadow of chaos? does he edit up here too? sorry I`ve been here awhile and then was not on for a long time since after Awakening got released so I don`t know any of the new people that have joined here only the old members I really know.Naglfar94 (talk) 23:31, July 18, 2013 (UTC)Naglfar94

In terms of romanisation, there's nothing wrong with Vrai for the reasons other users already mentioned.
Also, "Pales" isn't wrong. It's the name of the capital city of Archanea and the game--in Japanese--even uses the phrase "Pales Castle" to refer to the palace. It's just Nintendo of America decided to translate it as simply "the palace". Aveyn Knight (talk) 13:41, July 19, 2013 (UTC)
