- Old topic, but I should point out here; they both come out dangerously similar, with each having about a 5 point lead in one stat (Magic for Lute, Skill for L'Arachel. Everything else is, on average, within one point). L'Arachel has the advantage of always being mounted, but Lute can also promote into a mounted unit, and can also use Staves and both Anima/Light magic (while L'Arachel has to choose one). Lute is also much easier to train before promotion. Personally, I prefer Lute, but it's 90% opinion, really. Use the character you like more. Leo058 20:06, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
Lute has more magic power, while L'Arachel has more speed and skill. Kinda like having brains over brawn.
