The skill info specifically states that it increases the activation of skills DURING battle. Since the "find item" phase occurs ''after'' battle, are we sure it benefits skills such as Salvage Blow and Toxic Brew? Is the effect of Quixotic (and Hoshido Unity) additive or multiplicative?Edit

For example, suppose one has 30 Skill points. The base activation rate for Lethality would be 0.75%. Does Quixotic make it 20.75% or 0.9%? -冷雾 (talk) 16:00, March 13, 2017 (UTC)

Salvage Blow, Toxic Brew? Edit

The skill info specifically states that it increases the activation of skills DURING battle. Since the "find item" phase occurs after battle, are we sure it benefits skills such as Salvage Blow and Toxic Brew? Brainwasher5 (talk) 13:04, March 29, 2018 (UTC)
