Looking at my (AUS) version of Fates, Setsuna's Yumi does NOT appear to reduce the stats of the wielder in any way, rather it increases Resistance by 2 as normal Yumi type weapons do. I have had this weapon on Azura for a while now, and even while equipped it has not caused any loss of stats to her. The weapon profile also doesn't say anything about stat reduction barring that of the enemy.
