The Sea Serpent is Map 13 of TearRing Saga: Utna Heroes Saga.
Since there is almost no optional incentive in this map, an easy strategy to clear it quickly is to magic staff Roger then have him kill the boss with the thunder sword on turn 2, as he will be gauranteed to kill him this way due to Maerhen's low avoid
