The Threat of Silence (Eternal Thoughts in the Japanese version) is Paralogue 17 of Fire Emblem: Awakening.
This map will be unlocked once Chapter 18 has been completed. In this chapter, Tiki is busy gathering Divine Dragon power, however numerous waves of Risen will swarm the map and will home in on her. If Tiki survives the chapter, she will join the army.

In this chapter, your units may need a bit of training to withstand the numerous Wyvern Lords and Griffon Riders swarming the map for the first 5 turns. In this case you should arm your units with Wyrmslayers, Beast Killers, strong wind magic, and bow-based weapons to stack up as much bonus damage as possible. At least 11 of your units can create a defensive stance surrounding Tiki, leaving at least 2 of your units to freely move and attack the swarming Risen. However, the layout for the defensive stance is a very specific, as one miscalculated move could spell Tiki's death. In this case, you should take your time on the first turn creating a wall that blocks even ranged weapons. Your units should only attack unless they do not have to move at all.
