The Tome of Storms is a blue tome and a weapon skill exclusive to Selena in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Description

As Selena's personal weapon, she gains an innate Spd+3 boost. If her foe has at least 75% of their HP at the start of combat, she gains Atk/Spd+5 as well as neutralizes skills that guarantee the foe a follow-up attack like Brave Weapons or prevent her from performing follow-up attacks like Wary Fighter.
