—Vampa's battle quote
Vampa is an enemy character in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. She is the leader of Duke Bloom's sister magi squad, consisting of herself, Fetra, and Eliu. Each of the sisters specializes in a particular type of magic, Vampa's being Fire. The three sisters appear in both Chapters 7 and 8, and will die in the latter chapter while facing off against Seliph's army.

Vampa is fought twice, once in Chapter 7, and another in Chapter 8. The only difference between the two encounters is that in the first one, Vampa possesses a Life Ring, while in the second, she has a Leg Ring instead. She is the only one of the sisters with leadership star, granting additional bonuses to the units around her. It is thus recommended to defeat Vampa as soon as possible. Furthermore, the player should be careful of the triangle attack the sisters are able to initiate.
Ironically, the Triangle Attack may be the sisters' undoing. The triangle attack may only be performed if the sisters are all attacking from one range. If they have the option of performing a triangle attack on a unit, they will more often than not take it, even if direct combat would result in their defeat. The player can exploit this by sending Ares into their range and killing one or all of them with his Mystletainn before they can launch their attack.
Triangle Attack[]
If Vampa, Fetra, and Eliu manage to surround a unit on three sides (a triangle), they may activate a Triangle Attack, which is essentially a guaranteed critical hit. It is worth noting that she is always the one who initiates the triangle attack.
