Vengeance is a Skill from Fire Emblem: Awakening. It is learned by Sorcerers at Level 5. Activation is determined by the user's Skill stat multipled by 2. When activated, it increases the damage of the user's attacks based on how much HP they've lost, the power of the attack increasing by 1 point per 2 HP lost. On most units, the maximum this skill can increase damage by is 39, though the power is greater if the unit has used an HP Tonic and has equipped the HP+5 Skill, effectively reaching a devastating increase of 49.
When combined with the Lifetaker Skill, it allows low health units to deal copious amounts of damage capable of defeating enemies while preserving the user.
The Vengeance Skill is also embued in the axe of the same name.
