Vision of Arcadia is a type C passive skill introduced in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is exclusive to Eliwood (Blazing Knight).

Overview

Vision of Arcadia functions like an enhanced Opening skill with slight restrictions on activation. As long as there is a beast or dragon unit deployed on the team; Eliwood (Blazing Knight) grants the ally with the highest Attack a +6 buff to both Attack and Defense.
