Enemies are hidden in the glacier and the player must attack the glacier in chunks, exposing all ice adjacent to the attacked portion. All enemies in the glacier carry items, thus the player should take time to break as much, if not all of the ice, to acquire the maximum amount of items, including an entire stat increase set and numerous useful weapons. Always make sure to have two attacking characters available when breaking the ice to ensure that you can ambush the enemy before they can attack upon the enemy's turn.

Be aware that a [[Dark Mage]] with [[Mjölnir]] lurks close to [[Zola]]. A single lucky critical from the mage will probably instantly fell any of your units other than [[Kaze]] or [[Subaki]], forcing you to restart this incredibly long chapter (or use your Battle Save if avaliable), so you should make sure to have an answer for it the moment it appears.

This chapter is largely hidden due to the Ice Spell cast by Zola. Enemies are hidden in the glacier and the player must attack the glacier in chunks, exposing all ice adjacent to the attacked portion.
