The Votive Candle (祈りのロウソク Inori no rousoku, lit. Prayer Candle) is a Dagger that is introduced in Fire Emblem Fates. A joke weapon that literally assumes the appearance of an intricately-crafted candlestick with a jet-black finish, the Votive Candle, like its Japanese name suggests, is imbued with the Miracle skill. The Votive Candle is fairly strong in terms of Might, and is capable of reducing the Strength, Magic, Defense and Resistance of enemy units post-battle.

Talking to any character on their birthday grants one Votive Candle.
