The Whisper is a physical combat and utility class that appears in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.

History in the Series[]

The promoted form of the Rogue class, Whispers wield Knives and, similar to the Thief and Rogue, are capable of picking locks and stealing enemy equipment. In Radiant Dawn, there are two possible playable Whispers. Sothe will promote to Whisper as a story event following the Part 4 Prologue. Heather can promote by the standard means of using a Master Crown, or by reaching Level 21 as a Rogue.

Etymology[]

The Japanese name for the Whisper class, Espion, is the French word for "spy". Espion is also the same word from which 'espionage' is derived.
